This card is a great way to bust out all your opponent's stupid triple lands!!! Just make sure you don't have any. It still costs a bit, but oh well.

Same casting cost as Armageddon, but it only affects nonbasic lands. For Vintage/Legacy play, the casting cost is fair. A card that has board clearing effect of some kind should not cost too little.
