For just 1White, this guy and Spirit Cairn on the field, you can recycle the ability to make them discard your opponent's entire hand! :D

Plus, a very good use for Spirit Cairn...that should be enough!

@Vedalken_Arbiter: Kannushi isn't a spirit and the ashes only affect things in your GY, so you can't sac it to He Who Hungers. They probably did that on purpose so this combo wouldn't be so readily available.

Lingering Souls

Anyway, only being able to do it as a sorcery is a bit of a bummer, but instant targeted discard is rare, so I guess it's forgivable. And aside from that detail, this is a pretty useful card so long as you have a method of producing spirits en masse.

Soulshift 4? Sure, why not.

Flying, Soulshift 4, and able to make opponent discard, it's a very versatile creature. Promise of Bonrei and Twilight Drover would keep his ability rolling. Perhaps there could be a variant of the Ghost Dad deck utilizing HWH well.
