This card is what lets you make an all common Boros deck that can win and win and win.

I had a Boros deck with this card for months, but I never knew how to use it properly. Then I was playing against a friend using one of my other decks while he used that one. He had two Thundersong Trumpeters out; I had taken some damage early in the game but now had beefy blockers as well as some attackers. He didn't seem to stand a chance. Then on his turn, he tapped the trumpeters to make my creatures unable to block, cast this and untapped them, and hit me for 8 damage. And that, my friends, is how you use this card.

You can cast this on an untapped creature. It's not a ruling on this card because it comes up all the time. The only restrictions on targets are the adjectives that are attached to the word target.

I dont play Red/White that often, but I really like the look of the Boros Legion. Minotaurs in plate armor.

This is a great card design. Looking at a stack of Boros commons or their theme deck, you can immediately think of how awesome this would be as both an offensive and defensive combat trick, particularly devastating with something that attacked last turn wielding a Sunforger, or a Boros Swiftblade. 2 more power to your whole crew is nothing to scoff at, especially you can use Thundersong Trumpeter to get your damage through.

And isn't that what precon deck commons are supposed to be about? Putting ideas and possibilities into your head about how to get the most use out of this. I like this one a lot. It does however, like all Radiance cards, have the drawback of potentially boosting and untapping enemy creatures too.

A really, really amazing card. This card can easily turn not just the tide of the battle, but the entire game.

Pretty underrated, given what it is capable of. You can either a) cast it after declaring attackers, giving them +2/+0 and also untapping them so they can block afterwards or b) untap and block with your creatures after your opponent declared his/her attackers.

I've never really like the Radiance keyword, which is a shame because I really like R/W. Here, this spell can be rather powerful, but there's been plenty of times where casting this would untap my opponent's creatures and boost them as well.

If it was simply "creatures you control", I'd be much more willing to play this card. In a way, I prefer Fortify, but overall this card's slot ended up being taken by Glory of Warfare.

Nice art and flavor though.

... Funny, SouriDuChamp, I was wondering the same exact thing!
Was a little disapointed when Wizards didn't already consider the question and making a ruling one way or another...
