Not strictly worse than unholy strength because you have the option to kill a 1 toughness creature. Regardless it's not very good, but the artwork and idea of it is really sick.

Really good art, the colours are awesome and go good with the frame. It really looks nice. The card itself is not bad... but not good enough to be played.

I have a bunch of these I had people at my old card shop draw on with sharpies. Someone made the guy in the center shout, "OH GOD, MY SKIN!!!" Good times...

Definitely not better than Unholy Strength, but really versatile. Bloodshed Fever combined with this can turn any creature into a suicide bomber.
