If younare building a deck that bounces your own cards, this is a perfect addition. Should be rated at least 3.5.... It really only has a place in that type of a deck so her usefulness is limited. Some of the worst art I've ever seen on a card.... This Azorius Aether,age must be an 85 year old grandma mage with saggy boobs...

Funky art and a weird ability on an anemic body means I'm not a big fan. When flavor and power combine like this, I'll give it a pass. Not even really good in Limited.
