Best card in any deck with blue.

This card has no cmc because there's no cost in the upper right hand corner.

It takes a bit of work to make the deck work, but few things are as backbreaking as a Bloodbraid Elf cascading into Ancestral Vision.

This card still turns up in the gatherer when the search is restricted by format to "Modern", even though the Sets & Legality correctly displays it as banned in modern.
