With Serra Sphinx and Frozen Aether, the Stasis deck can be monoblue o_o

Isn't this better than Kismet? Kismet says that artifacts, creatures, and lands your opponents play enter the battlefield tapped. This says artifacts, creatures, and lands your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.

As worded, Kismet doesn't affect tokens, right? Since they're never cast. But this does!

How handy. I'm surprised that this hasn't been reprinted at least once.

@JoshMagic
Phasing is not being removed from the game. Exile is different. Phasing is still in play, but not able to be affected or targeted. This and Kismet only affect newly played perms. Phasing is one ability I wish would get reprinted. Even if they changed the name, à la Fading/Vanishing.

@Azazyel
Yes both would affect tokens. Kismet is older than most token decks, oracle might have not updated it as such. Even looking at the ruling for Frozen Æther, it shows this is the same card working the same way ... just updated in blue. Backwards logic would dictate that Kismet would affect tokens.

The fourth ruling of Frozen Æther is that it does not affect cards that phase in.
The sixth ruling of Frozen Æther is that it does not affect cards that phase in.

Frozen Aether combos with Meekstone and Back to Basics with out having to pay upkeep costs or using vigilant creatures.
