Poor Wizards can't catch a break. Even a creature whose only ability is to kill itself ends up creating an instant-win combo. It must get maddening to even bother releasing new cards eventually.
Aside from that newly-destroyed strategy, the idea of a 50/50 chance of either killing yourself or temporarily killing yourself didn't sound like a great deal to me, but I guess it gives the poor little blighters a fighting chance if they're going to die anyway, or have otherwise been rendered useless.

Why is this not rated higher? It allows all slivers to avoid everything thrown at them 50% of the time. Sure, there's one that gives Shroud but that also stops you from targeting your own slivers.
