This might actually work fairly well against Innistrad's new graveyard feeding strategies.

Follow Reminisce with Relic of Progenitus and you can screw not only mill/discard but dredge too.

Even if you are using it for anti-scour, this card doesn't DO anything... use the cheaper Elixir of Immortality, or any other spell, and you will accomplish more, by dealing damage or playing a creature.
