Yeah, you're not going to kill the card you're opponent was going to win the game with, but it'll take care of most of your flyer problems. For 3 CMC did you really expect it to be that good? If you had two on the field though, yeah you could kill a Hypnox with this.

Picks off Drakes and the like, but not very good against Dragons.
Then again, what're you expecting? They're archers, not anti-aircraft cannons.

The new art is an abomination. But this is a great card for its cost.
