Never know quite what to make of this guy. Obviously overpriced for a hardcast (but still a house) or too few time counters on it if Morphed. You can either get one attack and a fatal block, or two attacks out of him, for a total of six mana. Maybe a little much, but swinging for five on turn four is awesome. Decent removal for mono blue (though plumeveil is better). In otherwords, not bad, but not great. going in my djinn/efreet/angel edh deck.
