I just hate the card. If you play it early you never have the mana to regenerate and he is a bolt magnent, if he was a 3/2 or 3/3, or maybe even 2/2, maybe I'd give him play but he's a pathetic 1/1, the wither isn't even enough to make up for the mana cost of bot the playing of him and regeneration of him.

Would've been better if it was a 2/1 with First Strike and Wither for that cost instead of Regenerate.

This one id from shadowmoor Army of Entropy theme deck which is all about getting -1/-1 counters on the enemy, and therefore a creature with regenerate and wither rocks in that set.
Kulrath knight is also from that theme deck, and if you can get -1/-1 counters on all the enemy's creatures, a kul rath makes them unable to attack or block.

Pure garbage. People should do to this card what the cinderbone has done to himself: set it on fire.
