I wan't him, I like the art, Rushy, rush, always making good drawings, and from time,to time overwhelming powerful ones.

Now it's a 4/4 for 4 with no drawbacks. Whee.

Wow. This is amazing! 4 mana 4/4 with a benefit. Not a huge one, but nonetheless. It's not that great anymore since wurmcoil engine is just better, but still, this was and still is really good.

@Vorthosian
This isn't actually above what Blue can make for a converted mana cost of 4.
I play Conundrum Sphinx, in my deck it reads 2BlueBlue 4/4 flying, draw a card when it attacks.

@Mode Su-Chi and Cathodion both mess up Blue's color pie, though. Blue isn't allowed to play 3/3's for 3 and 4/4's for 4 without drawbacks (certainly not with benefits), and making artifact creatures that are this efficient messes that up.

@Vorthosian These cards are not blue however. They are artifacts.

Getting 4 colorless mana in your mana pool all of a sudden had very interesting and somewhat frightening stipulations when mana burn existed (which was from the beginning of Magic's existence until 2010). Now that mana burn has been "eliminated" with weird new rules changes, slack-jawed idiots can enjoy Magic: the Gathering as much as they already enjoy other braindead games like Pokemon.

Maybe they'll eliminate the upkeep phase with the next round of unnecessary and unwelcome rules changes.
