The yugioh card with this name is much better known.
When I saw this was also a magic card I was inspire to make the following deck:

x3 Desert Twister

The name of every card in the deck is also the name of a yugioh card.
I also made a version that is also a legal yugioh deck but it doesn't really work as a magic deck since it has only 9 lands, spells that cost 5+ and off-color spells.
