I'm I the only one who find this art disturbing... :/ I'm talking about that worm sticking its head out of the ground in a *ahem* suspicious position relative to that poor dude's ass.

@Hovercraft,
The only problem I see with your wording is that the original wording indicates that any player can pay the cost during ANY players upkeep, not just their own.

This card is worse than a black lava axe, and costs triple black. Seeing as lava axe is already a mediocre card, making it black and stinking three B symbols on it doesnt make it much better...

I've seen enough Hentai to know where this is going...

Again, mostly just a clunky direct damage spell. Art is rather creepy.

I really hoped this card was like this, my initial reading:
"At the beginning of each turn, Sac 2 lands or get dealt 5 damage. If someone does both, destroy Worms of the Earth".
That would not only make Worms more gusty, but also much more interesting. Sure, each turn, you could lose 5 life, but soon enough, it adds together. Take that and add the fact that you can't put anymore lands down, it comes down to who's the most courageous.
I'd give it 4/5 or fun if that were the case. I'm just giving it 2/5 now, because, as many said, it's just 5 damage for 5 CMC.

Creepy art.
Works well in EDH with Skull of Orm, though you'd need an easy way to recast it.
