Why, oh why, is this being reprinted in RtR? Welp, I guess every set has horrible and crappy cards.

This kind of aura-based removal is much better in commander since commanders just keep coming back. This won't help with commanders with vigilance or commanders that just plain don't attack though since it doesn't tap the enchanted creature like Claustrophobia does.
