The power level is unholy. Mox for TWO mana, colourless or not, is terrifying. With the right starting hand, there won't be a next upkeep for this to trigger.

I swear to you all I was freaking out, and I mean I was literally TRIPPING, when I pulled this card out of a Zendikar pack last week! I seriously felt that god had graced me, and SOMEHOW, JUST SOMEHOW, wherever they package or make MTG packs, that a Mana Crypt accidentally slipped into my pack :D. As if the machine that puts cards into the packs had a Mana Crypt stuck in it for fifteen years, and that it coincidentally slipped out and into a Zendikar pack that I happened to buy. I felt so extremely excited and ecstatic, I was overpowered by nostalgia and truly, it was, I believe to be the most magnificent moment in my history of playing Magic. Thank you so much Wizards! . . . I soon found out that they were doing this on purpose, and I have to say I applaud you guys out there at R&D or whoever decided to put these cards into the new packs. And as a bonus card, nonetheless! I was so excited to get this card because I started playing Magic when I was about eight years old, in 1995, and I... (see all)

Actually a two-sided coin would be terrible. The OPPONENT calls the flip. If/when they figure it out, you'll ALWAYS lose the 3 health.

Pay 2 Win.
I wouldn't give a shlt but they brought this broken trash online. Good luck competing in older formats without shelling out at least 100+ bucks for all these vintage staples. And you wont even begin to cover lands with that low of a budget.

To many tryhard spikes infesting the just for fun room.
