What happens when you take Counsel of the Soratami, Wind Drake, and a fishy elemental from Lorwyn, and throw them all into a blender? Well you get a really big mess of fish and dragon guts, oh wait, I mean what happens when you blend them together in an abstract sense? You get this: a card drawing, flying wonder that is useful almost all of the time.

Who doesn't love mulldrifter? No one, that's who. I'm undecided on whether or not it might be slightly overpowered but at the moment I'll just consider it to be very very good indeed.

Well it will no longer be standard in 2nd Oct which isn't far off now.
Unless its getting repinted Volcre, you will need divination unless they bring another version of that card out.
