Being able to spellshift anything into a weaker giant growth isnt so terrible. But then again why not just run giant growth? Maybe you want a discard engine as well?

I guess he's just happy he finally caught Sonic the Hedgehog.
As a card he's kinda eeehhh but I'd certainly place him in a green deck as an early booster creature for elves and whatnot. Especially if I had a Basking Rootwalla so I could discard and play the rootwalla for free madness cost on turn 3, boost it with +2/+2 once using the Rootwalla's ability, then discard another card with the Drummer and give the Rootwalla an additional +2/+2 to attack with a 5/5 on turn 4.
