sexy flavor text and the ability is great for a deck that involves alot of token creature creation but the art is a little uh...ugly as heII

I prefer Fallen Ideal. Cheaper and harder to counter

Did Anson Maddocks key somebody's car or something?

ClockworkSwordfish, you are one of the bosses of the internet. Poison ftw!

@Robram89: What?

Assuming you mean because the Divine vs. Demonic set used this art instead of Maddock's, it could be because this art is cleaner looking, while the other looks very dated with its coloring. The art needed an update, and I for one much prefer the newer art. Especially since Maddock's depicts an angel without wings, which is nice and fallen and all, but then why can the angel fly?

I love this card and I love this art. If I make another black deck, I'd make it specifically so I could put this in it.

Hmmm... 3/3 Flier for 5 cmc...
Cool ability though, pretty much has a Fallen Ideal attached to it...
4/5 for flavour alone.

Creature type should be Angel Demon.

"pretty much has a fallen ideal attached to it"
look at the original artwork... now look at fallen ideal's artwork...
Every card in timespiral was a reference of some sort to an older card... obviously fallen ideal was based off of fallen angel.
