Most green decks have too much mana acceleration to overcome.
Unless, of course, you're playing 2HG and your teammate is playing green...

This is actually quite good in an Urza and/or Locus deck. You will definitely be outproducing the opponent and they'll be spending mana and/or creatures just to survive. Leaving just 1 Urza's tower untapped and spending the rest on making him a 15/15 beater means the opponent needs 6 lands to kill him.
The fact that it's colorless *pumping* and not colored firebreathing means that the powerful abilities can really be put to use in a colorless deck. Put him alongside eldrazi or something?
I'm thinkng casual colorless mana deck with Brawlers and Flailing creatures.
