The only good thing is that it can in theory become a very large bird (if you play something like an EDH/commander bird deck). Apart from that special scenario though it's crap. 1/5

This card isn't great, but a solid Sealed common card. However multikicker is a very weak design progress. Mana doesn't increase linearly. Therefore it gets weaker for every time it is kicked.

(3) for a 2/2 flying use to be great but now not so much. and 1W for a +1/+1 counter is a little steep now of days I give a 1/5 to the whole lot of him and his 4 other friends.

You are right. Blue certanly dosnt have Lord of Atlantis, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Delver of Secrets, Ponder, Ancestral Recall, Snapcaster Mage, or Talrand, Sky Summoner

If it cost 1W to cast and 1W to kick, then I would think that this would probably see some standard FNM play more so than it does now . Regardless, I love this thing for draft and commons only games.
