Haste probably wouldn't make sense considering it's a blue card. And giving it flash wouldn't make it that much better if it didn't have haste as well.

Agreed, this could have been a real competitor in control decks if it had haste or flash. Would have been real nice against Baneslayer.

Not a bad card, but not great either. Would have been nice if it was a bit bigger, maybe 0/5 or if it put the blocked creature on the bottom of the library instead of shuffled in.

I think 2U => 0/3 flying is not bad, and it also protect from the instant that enlarge creature
For a battle that opponent attack with 2/2 flying and I block it by Gomazoa, if he play a instant that +2/+0 to that creature, I can use Gomazoa's ability to "leave" with that creature together. Also I think the opponent will not kill a creature that can "escape" to library.
Also opponent's large creature will not attack if Gomazoa is in play.
Thanks for JaxsonBateman's sharing that it is also anti-milling...
