Is this (potentially) the only card with Rampage 3? Anyway, as it is, it's crap, but I really like the concept. I can even imagine this card in a combo with Concerted Effort.

This was my first legendary, so the nostalgia almost makes him worth it. His inefficiency is almost endearing.
Still one of a kind flavor-wise.
