I actually like this card, I would love to force a draw that is what white is all about, playing by its rules. And as the guest said the game is about having fun and not just winning and losing.

I've built a Turbo Fog EDH deck with Angus Mackenzie as my commander, and this card as my only "win" condition. Enjoy your Kaalia's, Omnath's and Uril's, no one wins anymore!

I don't think this card is that bad, having deliberately made games a draw before using Shepherd of Rot or Skirk Fire Marshall. It's nice when you're about to lose anyways.
