I had a rules question:

If I control the enchantment Levitation and an Archon of Redemption, will the Archon's ability trigger for each other creature I play?

Yep, that should work mrhibbons. On the other hand levitation is not a really great card, nor is this archon. So it's an interesting idea but not really worth it. If you really want to play this dude I'd just add another strong flyer instead of the levitation.

All in all I wouldn't play this guy though. In times of baneslayer a 3/4 for 5 ain't good enough. I'd even play serra angel over the archon, for the additional power and vigilance. 1.5/5

This card is useless with the reprinting of bankslayer angel in m11.

he is really not that bad at all she shouldent have such low ratting or coast 25 cents on card kingdom.

If you kicked Rite of Replication making five copies of this card you would gain a total of 150 life

You would gain 30 life from the original copy on the field because all of the copies trigger both his first and second effect. Each copy is named Archon of Redemption and is another creature with flying thus, you gain life equal to the copy's power twice. because there are five of the copies you would gain 6x5 life for a total of 30.

Then, for each copy on the field, this same effect is triggered, excluding the original Archon. each copy gives you 24 life because each other copy is worth 6 life. because there are five copies total, and they each proffer 24 life, you gain 24x5 which is 120

Added to the original's 30 you would gain a total of 150 life.

For the same power and toughness, I would consider Guardian Seraph. Unfortunately, with the creation of Baneslayer Angel, every white 3WhiteWhite will be scrutinized.

Even in a life gain deck, I might be better off using Wall of Reverence or Exalted Angel.

Not that bad actually, but at this cost, he is doomed to obscurity in the shadow of Baneslayer Angel

Though those crappy Felidar Sovereign decks I see at FNM might play this over Baneslayer or to supplement it if they can't afford a whole playset.
