Unfortunately the only straight "reanimation" type spell in Standard. With all the graveyard hate being printed in seemingly every set, oftentimes one shot effects that remove ENTIRE graveyards from the game, it makes more sense to make these cheaper- two or three mana.
Only thing stopping them from doing that is the fact that if you reanimate Primeval Titan you basically won the game...

After being compared to Breath of Life or Zombify, this card doesn't seem half bad.
Playable. Probably 3.5. If Gatherer would allow us to be more specific, it probably deserves a full 3.75. I don't know about 4 - maybe. I guess it can seem like a 4, depending on what you're pulling out.
