Oh, wait, Artifact lands ARE an option. With ornothopters and memnites rolling around, we might see this thing do some serious damage.
But hey, it doesn't GIVE evasion. Oh, wait what!? Equip at instant speed?! So after blockers are declared- wow. That's pretty messed up.
Well at least we won't be seeing it all the time. Hm? It's a common?

I always saw the BB alternate cost to be overkill. Really now, it was already a must-include in Affinity without it.
But now, it's a super NEED-ALWAYS card in Affinity.

I would not say that this is the best piece of equipment around (that would be either Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Feast and Famine and Definitely Umezawa's Jitte) but in an artifact deck it is totally boss and quite a big mistake in the grand scheme of things, considering Affinity was introduced, there must not of been any proper play testing of the set otherwise they would of noticed how broken this piece of equipment is.
