I hate him flavor-wise and as a card. The only interesting thing he ever did was Vindicate, and he died. Karn is cooler, Urza is <9000 X cooler, and even Jace can be considered cooler (his card is standard defining/killing)
EDIT: He's not emo, he's sad because he was banned. Of course he cries.

I am seriously confused by this cards text. could someone please explain this to me? I mean do you pay the 3 mana plus the plain to gain life on the next upkeep or do you just get to say "You have ten cards in your hand so I get ten life." If so whats the second half for?
