I'd say this deserves a 4 at least, if for no reason other than it will absolutely never sandbag in your hand unless you can never find 2 spare mana. Even if you don't draw any of your sac cards, the absolute worst thing that can happen to you from running this is you'll be playing with a 56 card deck (this is a good thing, mind you). Combined with aforementioned artifact sacks like Throne of Geth, it essentially gives you a decent effect for 0 cards, since it replaces itself and the card that sacrificed it. But I'd say the best use current, like Fanaticmogg said, is with Kuldotha Rebirth. It's an easy turn 3 tempo boost (3 1/1 goblins on turn 3 with two mana left floating = fabulous) that gives you a card advantage of 2. Since red is usually hard up to get draws, and since without tempo on its side Kuldotha Red is pretty much SOL, ramping up your board without, in effect, using any cards can easily be a game decider.

Considering the amount of artifact sacrifice combos in Mirrodin, this card should prove effective. I certainly don't think it's a 4/5 card though.

This and Throne of Geth makes Draw 2 cards for 4 mana total, then proliferate.
Get any return from graveyard effects and you are good.

Not exactly outstanging with Glint Hawk - notice how it only triggers when put into a graveyard. I'd prefer to use it with Kuldotha Rebirth.
