Another Planeswalker with an Emblem ability has been previewed. Koth of the Hammer.
@theelk801, Venser doesn't have an Emblem ability.
Edit: Yea, there is a new Venser with an Emblem ability coming out in Scars of Mirrodin. I didn't know about him when I made my original comment, so I as sumed theelk801 was refering to Venser, Shaper Savant. My mistake.

Oh my god, EMBLEMS ARE NOT A MECHANIC. It's a rule designed to make Elspeth's final ability make more sense. She and Venser are the only two cards at all to have them and they've already said that they're only using them rarely. Man, people are stupid.
