Strictly worse than Dread Return. But not bad at all. Anyhow, if you put all the "must have cards in a Zombie deck" in your Zombie Deck, you'll end up with 100 cards in it... gotta choose!

use it with GRIXIS BATTLEMAGE to draw and discard ur big creatures an then bring them back with ZOMBIFY.

Why the hell does this get so few reprints?
It's reasonably costed. It's blacker than the ace of spades. It's simple enough for the core set. It teaches people the value of re-animator without being broken as hell...Reanimate I'm talking atchoo.
Animate Dead is too complex.
Vigor Mortis is multicoloured.
Dread Return has Flashback.
Just print this...the kids will get it.
Wizards, print this guy asap.
