Best Splicer, not even close, but that kind of bugs me.
It feels like they arbitrarily made this one cheaper than the rest for the sake of making this one rare.

This is the laziest rare I've seen in a while.
"Hey guys, let's make a splicer that gives your golems first strike. Oh, and let's make it just a bit more cost efficient. Great, now slap a rare on it. Excellent!" - R "Because We Can" & D.
Also, this really makes me want to make a Green/White golem deck.
Vital Splicer, with Maul Splicer, Blade Splicer, Master Splicer, Precursor Golem, Tempered Steel and Doubling Season is half a deck on its own.
Also, having one of each of those out is 85 points of trampling, regenerating, first strike goodness, if my math is right.
