if only there was some small bonus included like 3/0 to target creature or +1/0 to all it'd be 4/5, as it is more like 3,5 - its a good deal, but once you have a big enough army to have evasion be useful, the LD is not likely to be of much use. still give it 4/5 for the innovation.

if nothing else, works great with werewolves, allowing your attackers to get through while also limiting your opponent's ability to cast more than one spell a turn.

Simple way of messing with your opponent - especially if they're not running a mono deck.
Doubly especially when they're complaining about manascrew.
