why'd both green spirits in this set (Kindercatch) have to be so mediocre? D;

Meh, not terrible. Not good, though. And fake-flying needs to be keyworded.

Wizards has included pseudo-flying in each of the past three blocks (Canopy Cover and Signal Pest being the other two).
It would definitely make a great keyword -- and interestingly, it would have exactly the same reminder text as flying -- but it would require an Oracle update for the ~100 cards with reach.

I hate this card. The art is beautiful. The flavor is creative, but why would a farmer be talking in rhymes? Anyway, they are both wasted on a 2/2 almost flying for three mana.

Green's counterpart to those flying creatures that can't block creatures on the ground,
most notably blue's Cloud inhabitants/beings and black's Perchers.

The argument for green not having access to flying makes less and less sense every day. Thanks Orchard Spirit.
