In multiplayer... people SWARM me for using this card. Yes you get more bang for your buck in 5 player ffa, but unless you have your undead alchemist out, I don't recommend even putting this on the table! Though you can use it as a threat... generally it REALLY ***es off the whole table.
In 1v1 though... its a great card if your deck is built for it, players are always going to see cards going into the graveyard that they wanted... sucks when its your ghoulcaller's chant though. Luckily you have plenty of ghoulraisers still in there!

Why has no one mentioned Skaab Ruinator yet?
That's the perfect combination. This card populates the graveyard while also whittling down the opponent's deck.
Maybe though in a Dream Twist to be sure you don't run out of cards first and there's a bases for a deck right there. A beat-down deck that, when all else fails, has a recourse to mill.
Perhaps add Lantern of Insight. To allow for some control.

I intend to use this in mono-white control/mill. People will understand why when I hit them with Memory Lapse for my white hard counters. Lantern of Insight is good too.

Also, very nice in zombie graveyard decks with Ghoulraiser, Zombie Apocalypse, Raise Dead, Ghoulcaller's Chant, Unburial Rites, Disemtomb, Rise from the Grave, Stitched Drake, Armored Skaab... I could go on.

If you are using this mill only yourself or only an opponent check out codex shredder as a replacement. It costs the same to cast and activate and even comes with a nice bonus ability.
