obviously you never played EDH. Sure this was a better then usual set for EDH, but it was just as good all around. It was great for limited and standered.

Not sure this had to be a rare. I guess it's for the sake of Limited, but it seems underwhelming for what it is. As mentioned, great creature steal in Commander.

I was a little disappointed when I found this at a rare, considering that Mind Control costs 5 CMC at an uncommon. I'm not entirely sure if the addition of flying and +2/+2 for additional 2 CMC justifies the bumping up to rare.

It's good it doesn't give it +1/+1 counters, since then it'd be stronger when it goes back to play under your opponent.

Use Act of Treason to steal your opponent's Bruna the turn after she's dropped, and then swing and stick this on her for free.
