Damn! How is this rated so low (as of now below 3.5)?

It's Distant Melody for one less mana in a Human deck, the by far most common creature type nonetheless, which means there's so much to choose from! (To name one of many thinkable synergies, it makes a nice target for Snapcaster Mage for even more card advantage, if needed.)

This will usually be at least as good as Divination easily, and occationally turn out as a cheap Concentrate, Tidings or even more in the right deck.

As far as Mass Appeal goes, I'm definitely part of that mass in this case. 4/5.
