Too much mana for this effect. 2 mana then five would be more fair.

Commander review: too expensive. While milling everyone is nice if you have a deck that utilizes opponnents graveyards a lot, this also means that this card could help opponents a lot. 1/5

Better off using Forbidden Alchemy... unless yours is a mill deck. But in a mill deck, five cards for three seems pretty bad even with flashback; we've seen ten cards for two (Glimpse the Unthinkable), and seven cards for zero (Chancellor of the Spires, when you're lucky).
