An AWESOME card, but hardly very useful in Commander, where the majority of decks seem to be mono-color...
But, yes, if an opponent's Land says that it could produce a certain color (or merely any color), then this card can produce it as well, but will, of course, only either make your own Color(s) or Colorless.

This card is awesome for multi-color decks in all styles though. ^_^
