@M_E_T_A_L_LORD (aka the guy with an extremely annoying name to type)
Recurring it with Undying Evil being easier to do than using Riku of Two Reflections? You, sir, visibly do not play Commander. Which is great, 'cause I miss the time it was an underground format.
I use it in my Intet, the Dreamer deck, in which it happens to be a great way to fetch the Riku inside with Wild Pair.

The first time i saw someone use a blink to get around the evoke sacrifice, I thought it seemed a little fishy, but i let it pass. If you review the rules, specifically 702.72a, it's very clear that the sacrifice is PART of the casting cost, not a triggered effect. Failure to sacrifice the creature makes the evoke fizzle and the creature goes to the graveyard. It doesn't matter if the creature leaves the battlefield, it still must be sacrificed to fulfill the evoke cost. Any judge that misses this obviously hasn't read the rules closely enough.

Preforms well in a Bant Exalted deck. He draws you cards, and if need be, he's an evasive attacker who'll deal pretty heavy damage thanks to all the Exalted going around.

This is perfect replacement for Edric, Spymaster of Trest in my Rafiq deck for card draw engine. Especially since I have Quicksilver Amulet, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, and Alchemist's Refuge/Omniscience to help cheat him in. Then abuse with Deadeye Navigator/Conjurer's Closet!! haha

Cast Cackling Counterpart in response to the sacrifice trigger - draw four cards and keep a 2/2 flying blue Elemental creature token in play for 3BlueBlueBlue. Proceed to populate for the lulz.
