Im with swordfish, one of the first cards you would swap out in EDH. Unless you love creating 3 creatures with 1 spell.

Based on the flavor of the effect you're suggesting, how about calling it Biodiversity. As to its mechanics, how about:

Biodiversity 4G
Enchantment
As long as creatures you control have no creature type in common, creatures you control get +x/+x where is x is the number of creatures you control. Otherwise creatures you control get +1/+1.

or:

Biodiversity GGG
Enchantment
As long as you control 3 or more creatures that have no creature type in common, creatures you control get +3/+3.

Creatures you control have trample.

or:

Biodiversity 2GG
Enchantment-Aura
Enchant creature

Enchanted creature gets +x/+x and has trample, where x is the number of creatures you control which don't share a creature type with enchanted creature.
