Numerous Soul Wardens and Soul's Attendants in my friend's lifegain deck made this a ridiculously heavy hitter in 2HG. Give it flying and trample and it's just stupid.

Ok this is what you do, make sure you have souls attendent, Leonin Relic-Warder, and ajani pridesmate on the field. Play Phyrexian Metamorph, copy Leonin Warden's ability and you can exile and bring back the metamorph infinite number of times, triggering soul's attendent ability an infinte number of times which triggers Pridemate's ability an infinite number of times giving you, for example, 1,000,000 health, and a 1,000,000/1,000,000 creature. Throw an Executioner's hood, or Vorrac Battlehorns in the mix and it's gg.

I like him with a T1 Serra Ascendent in a casual lifegain deck, followed up by turn 3 Survival Cache.
