Please stop comparing this to Zuran Orb. The point of Overgrown Estate isn't its ability; the point of Overgrown Estate is that it's a three-color permanent of a hard-to-remove permanent type that turns on stuff like Necra Sanctuary. The Zuran Orb-esque ability is just gravy.
