Over all, it's a great white control for 3, deserves to be atleast a 3 of in any white deck ;)

I'm not so sure about the rule for this card. Do the effects of this card stack of you had two or more in your deck. You could really lock down opponents in a dual or a two headed giant game if you had two of these on the field.

it stops aggro run 4 of these in a deck and with just 2 unless they have enchantment removal or control their hooped.

If I have both a Ghostly Prison and a Peacekeeper in play, does the Ghostly Prison allow an opponent to get around the Peacekeeper ability by paying 2 mana?
Peacekeeper - creatures can't attack
Ghostly Prison -creatures can't attack you unless controller pays (2) for each attacking creature.
See what I mean?
