Right now, it's only useful in multicolor decks due to the presence of Goblin Chieftain in standard.
Once he rotates out with Return to Ravnica, though, Fervor might end up taking his place (unless Ravnica brings in a suitable replacement).
Either way, Fervor is still a decent card to use; I actually ran a couple in my UR Talrand deck before I decided to switch to UW.

Fires of Yavimaya this is not, but sleep on it and you will regret it.

The mana curve is so perfect in M13:
Turn 1 - Goblin Arsonist (or other 1-cost goblin)
Turn 2 - Krenko's Command
Turn 3 - Fervor
Turn 4 - Krenko, tapping for 4 1/1 goblins attacking.
There is no doubt in my mind that they reprinted this to suit Krenko. Or more-so, made Krenko suit Fervor.

Haste for all your guys for only 3 mana? I'll take a playset.

@RedJaron
This Fires of Yavimaya is uncommon because it is two colors, restricting the amount of decks you can play it in.
Fervor, it does what it does better than anything else, you can easily splash it, low CMC, one of my favorite cards

I can't quite see the love for this card. I get it is tricky to remove and great if multiple creatures hit play at once, but your creatures only need haste once... so if you're likely to play one per turn look at Battle Rampart it provides haste, acts a wall on a turn you don't play a creature, if your strategy is based around haste and you use a play set additional draws aren't completely wasted, defender can provide other benefits, and sacrifice is an option... yet much less loved. Am I missing something?!
