This is NOT a card advantage card! This is a card to get you out of a crap situation instantly. If your opponent has an edge over you, it helps you a hell of a lot more and your opponent a lot less. Playing this when you're already losing can turn the game around.

When Divination is a little bit too powerful, you reduce the cost and give your opponents a card.
That's my kind of thinking! I feel good knowing that my opponents in EDH will think twice when targeting me (or more-so, leaving you out) of the effect of Death by Dragons, knowing that maybe, just maybe, I'll give them something good.
Until i play Opression. MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Worked well in my old owling mine build. Was great because the bigger their hand the better. See also underworld dreams etc
Also the art feels very evocative of the Wailing Wall.
