Turn 1: Godless Shrine untapped, this
Turn 2: Isolated Chapel, Predator's Gambit this, attack. Save mana if regeneration is needed.
Turn 3: Land, Dark Favor, attack. Save mana if regeneration is needed.
Just an idea. Stick an Ethereal Armor in anywhere for better results.
