Mirrorweave or Infinite Reflection. Run in a deck with a bunch of kobolds or something.

He's both better and worse than a global lord in that he doesn't help with combat but he always gets a reasonable amount of damage through. The haste makes him such a huge swing with even a pair of 1/1s on the field (8 damage)
Combines in a very nasty way with Sigil of Sleep, I think I just figured out what deck I'll put him in :D

Of course. Because lowering the price of a card and making it more readily available for the average Magic player to experience is such an evil thing to do... /sarcasm
God forbid more people actually get to play the game with different cards.
