If this had just said "name a card, any card", it would be the most Broken Hate in the game.
This will actually probably see Vintage and Legacy play because guess who is not a Creature:
Jace, the Mind Sculptor. It won't probably break your bank to get it, even if it gets used as Jace-Hate, because Hate cards are difficult to make so bonkers that everyone wants them, but it's a good, fine card with some very specialized, very powerful uses. Now that Silence-Cancel might be worth fetching your foils NOW...

Perfect in a deck with Praetor's Grasp. Find their best card that costs 4CC or more (or one that you would want to cast for 4cc or more like Sphinx's revelation), and then every game turns into a mirror matchup except you have their best card cheaper.
Getting your enemies Karn Liberated and casting it on turn 4 or 5 is good game.
